Olga Lucia Tovar (born December 1981) is a Colombian promotional model born in Cúcuta, Colombia and moved to the USA in approximately 2001. She is the oldest of two children and most of her 17 uncles and 40 cousins still live in Colombia.
Career
Tovar began her modeling career in the U.S. after working as a waitress at Hooters. She has appeared in numerous magazines, calendars, Playboy Special Editions and Playboy TV.
Tovar has also appeared in various swimwear and lingerie catalogs.
She gained widespread popularity on the internet after appearing on Foxes.com website. Soon the official Lucia Tovar website was created and her loyal fan base has grown steadily since.
