Gianna Michaels' first job was "at a hamburger joint up in Seattle called Dick's."[3] In 2001, she moved to California and started working as a receptionist. Over time, people approached her about modeling, and she eventually tried it, figuring that if she didn't like it, she could stop.[3] Her modeling eventually led to nude photo shoots and then porn.[3]
