Darlene posed from the early to mid 1970's in both solo and male/female and female/female R-rated layouts for various men's magazines. She is known for having posed in such adult magazines as Kingsize International and Gent. Other magazines she appeared in were [Fling],Night and Day: Supermamas and Cavalcade.
