Penny Baker (born October 5, 1965 in Buffalo, New York) is an American adult model. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its January 1984 issue. She became the 30th Anniversary Playmate after entering the 30th Anniversary Playmate Hunt the previous year. Her centerfold was photographed by Arny Freytag.
In 1985, she had a very small cameo in the movie Real Genius, appearing in the pool slide scene. In 1986, she had a much larger role as a high-priced prostitute in The Men's Club.
