Everything you've posted above is guess-work, and completely worthless. Find a source which backs up whatever the cup size is, use that cup size and cite it. Cup Size
I'm calling a full C which is what this article originally said.The red dress is hot but it has an obvious skin tone band that is there to hold padding in place if you look at closeup. She is only a D cup the right bra.
