Judy Landers is the daughter of Ruth Landers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is the younger sister of fellow actress Audrey Landers. She was raised in Rockland County, New York. At an early age she developed an interest in gymnastics, and maintained a trim figure throughout her acting career.
