Roxanne Brewer was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Her career as a nude model started in the early 1970's when she began appearing in all of the major men's magazines of the era: Climax, Gent, Candid, Mayfair, etc. Her career flourished as she became a popular favorite, and at one point even had her own magazine issue,"Roxanne Vol. 1".
She also had a short film career, most of it in the softcore genre, but she did have an uncredited topless cameo in the PG rated Hooper (1978).
Her public career apparently ended in the early 1980's with a final shoot featured in the January 1980 issue of Gent Magazine.
