Template:Napalivideo/doc

This is a documentation subpage for Template:Napalivideo (see that page for the template itself).
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template is used to generate a link to a model's videos on the Napali Video website. It is intended for use in the "External links" section of articles, and should be preceded by an asterisk (*).

Usage

ID

ID is from the URL for a person's specific page on Napali Video's website. It is the text following product_tag=. For example, Danielle Derek's page is at https://napalivideo.com/?product_tag=dannielle-derek. To add a link to that page, add it as the first parameter:

{{napalivideo | dannielle-derek }}

NAME

NAME is the name to be displayed in the link text. Add it as the second parameter:

{{napalivideo | dannielle-derek | Danielle Derek }}

Notes

If the template is used without an ID value, one will be created by taking the article title, changing it to lowercase, and replacing any spaces with hyphens.

If the template is used without a NAME value, the article title will be used.

So in instances where Boobpedia and Napali Video use an identical performer name, like Danni Ashe, simply adding {{napalivideo}} is sufficient.
