"Do not create" list
There isn't a "do not create" list, but if a page is protected from being created, it's usually because someone requested not to be included. The Honorable (talk) 04:42, 17 August 2021 (UTC)

Exporting
Any maximum on exported pages is probably something set in MediaWiki. I think exporting is intended for a few pages, not full dumps of the database. The Honorable (talk) 18:01, 6 September 2021 (UTC)

I agree, he is making the same types of changes on multiple pages. I suggest that he is now vandalizing the pages. Since the changes that he is making can be easily proven to be wrong. BlueMax (talk) 14:59, 30 December 2021 (UTC)
Follow-up 12/31/2021: Can you look at Shelly Martinez? He changed her lesbian flag from "Y" to "N". I see the fetish lesbian video of her with Jewel De'Nyle that I think would justify a setting of lesbian = "Y". Please let me know what you think. BTW, The Honorable warned him last night about this kind of stuff.
I checked it, this case is much more subjective. It is basically a spanking video with 10s of tit sucking. No penetration or vaginal stimulation at all. Warning is a good start.
