Penelope has grown her bust size over numerous enlargement surgeries and with the use of expandable implants. Her current implants are filled to 3600cc.
In 2005, Penelope auctioned off her old implants on eBay. These included a pair of 1200cc silicone implants, and a single 3600cc saline implant.
