Career
Patti was Playboy Playmate of the Month for the December 1981 issue, in a pictorial entitled "Abbondanza." Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus. She has become one of the most popular big breasted Playmates of the 1980s.
Later years
Even though she had become well known for her huge 36-DDD breasts, thick pubic hair, and sultry Latin look, Patti didn't let her beauty and fame go to her head. She represented Playboy for a few years, mostly at Glamourcon events or special occasions at the Playboy Mansion. She turned down several offers for her to pose nude in other adult magazines, and retired from modeling in 1984.
A devout Catholic at the time of her pictorial, Patti became a born-again Christian in April 1984. She has not turned her back on her Playboy past, though, and still attends Glamourcon conventions on occasion.
