Her career as a nude model started in the early 1970's when she began appearing in all of the major men's magazines of the era: Climax, Gent, Candid, Mayfair, etc. Her career flourished as she became a popular favorite, and at one point even had her own magazine issue,"Roxanne Vol. 1".
After a career in softcore movies, she had an uncredited topless cameo in the mainstream PG-rated Hooper (1978). She then worked once as a production office coordinator (as Roxanne Lee) in H.O.T.S.
