This template is used to present basic information about a person who is a performer in pictorials or films and has a cup size of at least C. For fictional characters, use the Fictional template.

Usage

The infobox may be added by pasting the template as shown below into an article. All fields are optional, though ideally you should be able to fill in something. :) If any fields do not apply, or the information is unknown, you can leave them blank to be filled in later.

For fields that are yes/no, you can use just y or n. "No" entries will not be shown, so you can leave the field blank as well.

Parameters

Parameter	Explanation
name	Name of person. If omitted or blank it defaults to the name of the article. When a name contains foreign characters, this is the place to use them, as the page name itself should be written without those characters to avoid strange URLs. Example: name = Slađana Petrušić gives Slađana Petrušić in the biobox, but the page name is Sladjana Petrusic.
photo	An image of the person. Images should be 240 pixels wide. Example 1: photo = [[Image:ImageName.jpg|240px|Model Name]] Example 2: photo = [[Image:ImageName.jpg|Model Name]] for images with a width less than 240 pixels
alias	Other names used by the person. Do not add the article name itself here.
real name	Real name of the person, if she/he is primarily known by a pseudonym or nickname.
birth month birth day birth year birth ref	Month, day and year of birth. If you want to cite a source for the birth date, add the reference in the birth ref field, not in any of the other three fields.
birth date	(Deprecated. Former field for month and day of birth. If birth month and birth day are blank, birth date is checked and displayed for downward compatibility reasons.)
birth location	Place where the person is born: town, city, state, country.
birth name	If the person has changed her (real) name, e. g. by marriage, enter the birth name here. Do not use this field for a real names or aliases. Example: Michaela Schaffrath was born Michaela Jänke (birth name), married Axel Schaffrath and took his name (real name) and used the stage name Gina Wild (alias).
death month death day death year death ref	Month, day and year of death. If you want to cite a source for the death date, add the reference in the death ref field, not in any of the other three fields.
death date	(Deprecated. Former field for month and day of death. If death month and death day are blank, death date is checked and displayed for downward compatibility reasons.)
death location	Place where the person has died: town, city, state, country.
years active	Years that the person was active in her/his career. This can be free text ("1960s", "1997-present", etc.).
ethnicity	Very general ethnicity grouping is used to give some indication of physical appearance, not census-style ethnicity. Please use one of the following: Caucasian, Black, Asian, Latina, Native American, Middle eastern, Jewish, Indian, and Pacific Islander. Indian refers to East Indians, not Native Americans. Pacific Islander refers to darker-skinned asians such as Filipinos and Hawaiians.
ethnicity2	Additional ethnicity, if applicable.
yearsactive	Insert the years that the actor was active in his/her career. Use the format: year of first professional performance–year of final professional appearance Note: If still active, use "present" in place of the end year.
spouse	Insert the names of the actor's spouse(s). Use the format: FirstName MaidenName (Year–Year) Note: If still married, use "present" in place of the end year. In addition, separate multiple entries with a line break (<br />).
domesticpartner	Insert the names of the actor's long-term domestic partner(s), meaning a partner(s) in a committed romantic relationship where the couple live(d) together, whether legally recognized as domestic partners or not. Use the format: FirstName Surname (Year–Year) Note: If still together, use "present" in place of the end year (<br />).
website	Insert the actor's official website. Use only the link such as http://www.example.com/. Do not use syntax such as [http://www.example.com/].
academyawards	Insert any Academy Awards won and the year(s) awarded. Consider using the template: {{Awd|award|year|title|role}} or use the format: [[Award Name's Article|Short Form of Award Name]] Year Title (optional: – Role) Note: If an article for the film is available, the title should link there.
afiawards	Insert any Australian Film Institute Awards won. Use the same format as academyawards.
arielaward	Insert any Ariel Awards won. Use the same format as academyawards.
baftaawards	Insert any BAFTA Awards won. Use the same format as academyawards.
cesarawards	Insert any César Awards won. Use the same format as academyawards.
