Louisa Moritz (born in 1946) is a Cuban-born American actress.
Early life
Louisa Moritz was born Louisa Castro in Havana, Cuba and left Cuba during the upheaval of the 1950s, hiding on a ship and eventually making her way to New York City. She chose the stage last name of Moritz after seeing the Hotel St. Moritz hotel in New York City. [1]
Career
With dozens of appearances to her credit, Louisa Moritz's most memorable role is probably in The Last American Virgin (1983), in which she's an older married woman called Carmela, who seduces and sleeps with two kids (see External links).
This film is a remake of the Israeli cult film Lemon Popsicle (1978) and her performance there is a repeat of Ophelia Shtruhl, only with the absence of the howling gimmick yet with larger breasts and large areolas.
Personal life
Moritz has always had the dream of being an attorney like her father and uncle. Her dream finally came true when she finished law school and passed the California bar exam. [1]
