Mindy Farrar was an adult model. She had a fresh-faced girl next door look in many of her early appearances. She was Penthouse Pet of the Month for November 1984, and was Pet of the Year for 1987. Mindy's DD cup breasts meant that she could also pose as a favorite model for Gent magazine in the early 1980's under the name Cindy Nelson.
She later retired from modeling and moved to Kansas and no longer wishes talk about her earlier career.
