Gladiuska Acosta, better known as "La Coconaza", is an actress from Venezuela. She participates in many soap operas, as well as the sitcom Radio Rochela, the most famous comedy show in Venezuela. Her nickname "Coconaza" is derived from "Cocos" (coconuts), a clear reference to the size and shape of her breasts.
