A former Miss Fitness USA, Valerie White had various magazine appearances in the 90s, including Playboy's Wet & Wild October 1996, Playboy's Hardbodies July 1999, and Playboy's Book of Lingerie September-October 1999. Playboy's Hardbodies issue mentions that she had a role in a recent episode of the HBO drama series Oz.
In 2000s, she moved to Spain and taking the alias Ayla Mia, performed in a number of German produced porn films with her boyfriend/manager "Captain John".
