Lycia Naff is an actress who is probably best known for being the "three titted mutant" in the 1990 action film Total Recall.
In that particular scene, Arnold Schwarzenegger asks for Melina in a Martian bar. The bartender says, "Mary is free". Mary (Naff) turns around and flashes Schwarzenegger, revealing that she has three boobs. The middle breast is definitely fake, and it's very likely that all three are prosthetic.
Career
She got her first acting break as a lead dancer on the 1982 TV series Fame. Given the opportunity to act on the series, Naff stayed there for three seasons. She went on to star in a number of plays, including "Closely Related" at the Southcoast Repertory Theatre, for which she received an Honorable Mention award from the L.A. Times.
Naff has played parts in many other films and television shows. She played a hooker who got blown up in Lethal Weapon (1987), and has appeared for such TV shows as Star Trek: The Next Generation, Law & Order, and General Hospital. She received an Emmy Award nomination for Best Performance in a TV movie for The Perfect Date(1990).
She is now a journalist, and has written for publications such as The Miami Herald and People magazine. Naff made her stage comeback in a play at the Actor's Playpen in Hollywood in 2005. She is also a member of the Open At The Top Theatre Company at the NOHO Arts Center. Residing in Los Angeles, she occasionally appears for television informercials.[1]

- She left home when she was 16 to live in her aunt's garage in North Hollywood.
- Graduated cum laude from Providence High School in Burbank. She also graduated cum laude from the private Palm Beach Atlantic College in South Florida.
