Lucy Pinder was a school-leaver in August 2003 when a freelance photographer spotted her sunbathing at Bournemouth beach. On the back of his photos, Lucy signed a contract with national newspaper The Daily Star which thrust her into the public eye and garnered an immediate fan base. In the 2005 UK edition of the FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the World, Lucy finished 16th overall. She placed 35th place in the 2006 poll.
Lucy has subsequently become famous for avoiding (narrowly) fully topless shots (i.e. nary a nipple) until she busted out in the 6 April 2007 issue of Nuts magazine, and in the August 2007 issue of Loaded.
She is regularly photographed with Michelle Marsh and Sophie Howard.
