Astafieva was soon approached by the Ukraine edition of Playboy to become a Playmate. She accepted and quickly rose to be the Ukraine Playmate of the Year for 2007. Later she also modeled as a Playmate for both the Russian and Serbian editions of Playboy.
She returned to Ukraine where she continues performing with the group NikitA.
