Amii Anne J. Grove (born 5 September 1985) is a British glamour model and Page Three Girl. She has appeared in publications such as The Sun, Nuts, Zoo Weekly and FHM.
Life and career
Grove was born in Solihull. In 2004, Grove competed for the title of Miss Bikini World but failed to be placed in the competition. She then competed in Miss England later that year, but again failed in winning the title,[1] and has listed at position 66 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World for 2007.[2] and was listed at position 66 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World for 2007.[1] She is sometimes known as "The bum from Brum" as she is from Birmingham.[3]
Grove was engaged to Liverpool F.C. winger Jermaine Pennant, her on-off partner of two years, in November 2008.[2] On 1 December 2008, Pennant became the latest in a growing list of Premiership footballers to be targeted by burglars - Grove was at his house at the time but the burglars left empty-handed.[3] Pennant left Grove over Christmas 2008, less than two months after becoming engaged to her.[4] Grove then decided in March 2009 to sell her £32,000 engagement ring on eBay but failed three times, after Pennant traded her Mercedes-Benz as part of a deal to buy himself a new Ferrari.[5] However, other publications claim that she left Pennant after he was found cheating on her.[4]
TV appearances
In 2007, Grove appeared on BBC quiz show The Weakest Link. In 2009, she was interviewed by Kirsten O'Brien during a topless shoot for a documentary entitled Kirsten O'Brien's Topless Ambition.
