| Joey's illustrious career in the world of adult entertainment, probably made her one of the most complete performers in the business. Long before her headline days, Joey first paid her dues as a house girl. In the late '70's, with the popularity of disco and Studio 54 young vivacious Joey was off to bigger and better things as she moved to New York City where she starred in a few adult films in the early '80's, before the age of the VCR ( some of which, are now available in our Erotique Boutique). This exposure landed Joey layouts in several adult magazines including Swank, Fiesta, D-Cup and others. Joey's preference to perform on stage over performing in front of the camera led her to concentrate on becoming one of the most sought after striptease artists in the business.

| In the late '80's, after her breast augmentation surgery she completed the very popular video, Palm Springs or Bust and was in high demand throughout the US and Canada to perform as a feature exotic dancer. Along with feature layouts and centerfolds in several big boob magazines such as Gent, Gem, Score and Hustlers' Busty Beauties to mention a few. Joey's quick wit and incredible sense of humor landed Joey on a few popular national talk shows. With her great looks, professionalism and sweet humorous personality Joey found her niche and loved the spotlight and attention featuring had given her.

| Unfortunately, in June of '92 while performing, Joey collapsed and was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with severe damage to the electrical part of her heart. She was implanted with a defibulator (similar to a pacemaker) and stayed in the hospital for a several more months. All the while, most of her colleagues and fans did not know the severity of her illness. After her lengthy recovery, Joey was offered other opportunities but wanted to return to dancing which she did successfully. She down played her illness and did not want to draw any attention to it. Which was just like Joey to accentuate the positive. She just wanted to continue living life to the fullest, doing the things she loved most which included dancing and entertaining her fans. Although she died tragically and at such a young age, Joey passed away doing what she loved...performing and entertaining her fans.
