A mammothly-boobed model from the late 60's and early 70's, Busty Russell was notable for being among the least attractive big-boob models of all-time. While that may sound like an insult, she more than made up with it by also being noted as one of the biggest, bustiest models ever. Her layouts and career also spanned a good many years, posing as a young women (and much smaller chested) and then resurfacing years later as the behemoth big-bust pinup fans know and love.
