Simi's breasts are very lovely, and she's a hot, but they are fake. I'm a fan of her videos, but her breasts do have all the signs of fakeness. Just look at the first pic on here even. They are round, unnaturally shaped, they sit unnaturally, and they are less soft and mobile than a natural pair of that size would be.
I don't see why natural needs to be the default, so I changed it to fake. Sure, there's no authenticated source that they're either real or fake, but they are certainly fake.
As an encyclopedia we should spread information here. :)
