Sue Williams (November 14, 1945 in Glendale, California — September 2, 1969 in Los Angeles, California) was an actress and Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for April 1965. Her centerfold was photographed by Ed DeLong and William V. Figge.
She was born Karen Susan Hamilton; she used the name "Sue Williams" for her Playboy shoot, later going as Sue Hamilton for her film and television work.
As the first Playmate to get breast implants, Williams is an unheralded history maker. At 4' 11", she shared the distinction of being the shortest woman to appear as a Playmate in Playboy (the other was Karla Conway, in April 1966). She committed suicide September 2, 1969, likely a Playmate history maker in her mode of death as well.

Sue committed suicide on September 2, 1969. She is interred in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles.
