This template is used to generate an affiliate link to 40Something. It is intended for use in the "Big boobs movies / videos…" section of articles, and should be preceded by an asterisk (*).
Usage

Both id and name are optional.
id
id is the number in the URL of a model's profile page. For example, in the following URL:
www.40somethingmag.com/xxx-mature-models/Julia-North/9320/?nats=MTIyNzMzNi40LjEwLi4uLjAuMC4w
it is 9320.
* {{40something | 9320 }}
If no value is given for id, the template will link to 40something's main page.
name
name is the name to be displayed. If name is not given, the page title will be used. For example, for Houston Uluvpunani (listed by 40something as "Houston":
* {{40something | 2643 | Houston }}
would list her name as "Houston" instead of "Houston Uluvpunani".
