In early 2011, Lucy's website updated her bra size, disappointingly revealing her to have reduced to 32E, a full 4 sizes smaller than her 2003-2006 size of 32GG. In August 2012, Pinder's agency Girl Management remeasured all their models. Pinder's bust was found to have increased back from 32E to 32F. However, she was still several cup sizes smaller than the largest-breasted models like Kelly Andrews, Sammy Braddy, Iga Wyrwal and Francoise Boufhal. Even her old partner Michelle Marsh boasted larger breasts.

After her retirement from topless modelling in the wake of the closure of Nuts and Zoo, Pinder's breasts have increased in size again. Shots for her 2017 calendar indicate that her bust has increased to a 32GG, if not even larger.

In shots from her 2018, and especially 2019 calendar, her breasts appear to be still growing. As of today, her breasts are likely to be the largest they've ever been and probably up to at least a 32H. Pics from 2020 and 2021 continue to show a noticeable increase in Lucy's bust size. Several shots from 2021 movie "Me myself and Di" indicate a further impressive breast growth, which might have reached a 32HH. In 2022, with her breasts now probably up to a 32J she opens an Onlyfans account. By the end of 2022, her new Onlyfans posts suggest her size went up again to at least a 32JJ, if not even larger.

By the time Pinder decided to do topless photographs, her breasts had already reduced to 32FF. As a result few photos exist of her breasts at their largest, 32GG. This 2005 shot is one them.
