Corrinne Wicks is a UK actress, best known for playing Doctor Helen Thompson in BBC daytime soap opera, Doctors, from 2000 to 2005. She was born and brought up in Cheltenham and after working for several years as a casting assistant, she trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art from 1996-98.
She married her Doctors co-star Tom Butcher in November 2005.[1]
Acting career
In addition to Doctors, Corrinne has also appeared in Harbour Lights, The Bill, Holby City, and more recently Life on Mars. Her theatre credits include Trevor Nunn’s production of Pinter’s Betrayal at The Royal National Theatre, Attempts on her Life, Six Degrees of Separation and Dinner with the Family.
She began a UK tour on 4 September 2007 with a production of The Importance of Being Earnest, co-starring with her husband Tom Butcher.
