Brittany Andrews young

Brittany Andrews (born August 13, 1973 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA)[11][12] is an American porn actress, dominatrix, adult film producer, DJ, and a former stripper. She is a member of the AVN Hall of Fame.[13]

Early years

Brittany Andrews worked in a Milwaukee beauty supply company before starting her career as an exotic dancer[14] in Texas. She became a popular feature dancer after undergoing rhinoplasty and breast augmentation, a procedure she later publicly regretted [15].

Career

Brittany Andrews began doing photo shoots for men's magazines, but moved to adult film after meeting Jenna Jameson in 1995 during a photo shoot for Hustler magazine in Jamaica.[14] She starred in her first film Internal Affairs in 1997, for which she was nominated for an AVN award.

In addition to adult film she hosts several TV shows, producing one and running her own production company, Britco Pictures in Los Angeles, California. She is also actively involved in several adult websites.

In addition to her adult film work she hosts several cable TV shows, including Playboy TV and Talking Blue, which she co-produces.[14] At her self-owned Britco Pictures studio,[16] Andrews starred in, directed and produced pornographic movies such as the strap-on movie Brittany's Bitch Boys,[17] and Lesbians in Lust.[18]

In December 2003, Brittany Andrews was appointed to the Women In Adult (WIA) Board of Directors as the Talent Liaison. [19]

Andrews has promoted using a condom for hardcore sex scenes.[20]

In 2007, Andrews was featured on an episode of The Tyra Banks Show, where she discussed webcam girls.[21]

In February 2008, Andrews retired from porn,[22] and held a Presidents Day party announcing that she was moving to New York to attend film school at the New York Film Academy.[23] However in 2010 Andrews returned to the business to star in the adult film Sex and the City: A XXX Parody.[24]

Andrews has started her own mainstream film production company Discipline Filmworks. In 2010, she produced and appeared in the short film Crumble.[25][26] The film had its world premiere at the 2010 New York International Independent Film and Video Festival, where it won a number of awards including Audience Award for Short Film, Best Actor in a Short Film (for Steven Bauer) and Best Actress in a Short Film (Oksana Lada).[27] She has also acted as executive producer for the film Trick of the Witch.[28]
