| No, this happens when a high use template is saved. That's why I work out all changes in the template sandboxes first, but then the new code has to be saved once to the original template. Boobpedia then starts to replace all pages with this template. Wikipedia has a queue for this, but Boobpedia hasn't (or at least not such a fast one), so the server is so busy working on the pages with the new template that it cannot calculate other processes for a short time.
