Chesty Morgan plays the role of Jane Tennay, a secret agent. Her agency orders her to assassin one by one an organized crew of low grade heroin pushers. In order for her to prove her killings, the agency planted a tiny camera in her left breast. This gives and excuse for Tennay to frequently removal her shirt and click her left breast to trigger the camera. | |||
Unlike her previous film, ''[[Deadly Weapons]]'', Morgan does not smother with her breasts this time and only one death involved her breasts. In it, she ambushes and ties up a a guy's girlfriend in their bathroom. She then rubs poison over her breasts. Finally, she climbs into the guy's bed. Even though the light is on and disregarding the major difference in breast size, the sleepy guy thinks Morgan is his girlfriend. He kisses her breasts and soon after dies from the poison. It then turns out the camera had a time triggered bomb (the agency wanted an insurance policy if she gets caught), so it's removed from her left breast just in time. Thanks to the photos, her love interest is revealed to be the main criminal. His confession and will to marry her are replied with shooting him to death, and she continues on to a new mission. | |||

Double Agent 73 is currently available on two Region 1 DVD releases. Image Entertainment / Something Weird Video released the film as a solo feature on June 27, 2000.[4] On February 13, 2007, the company re-relased the DVD paired with Chesty Morgan and Doris Wishman's other film together, Deadly Weapons.[5]
The film was also released on Region 2 DVD in the Netherlands. This DVD was made available to U.K. audiences through Amazon.[6]
