This template can link to either the main page or a model profile page.

To link to the main page, use the template as is: {{onlyblowjob link}}
To link to a model profile page, follow these steps.
1. Find the model profile page URL. For example, Angel Dark is at http://www.onlyblowjob.com/modeldetails-tour.php?nats=MTQ3OTQwNS41LjguOC4xLjAuMC4wLjA&lang=en&id=870
2. Take the model ID number after id=, which is 870
3. Insert it into the template like this: {{onlyblowjob link|870}}
