Where the listings sit
The Abu Dhabi market centres on the main island and the districts around it. The Corniche and the downtown behind it carry the most listings, backed by the high-rise residences of Al Reem Island just across the water. Khalifa City on the mainland adds villa-and-compound listings near the airport, and the resort strip of Yas Island draws short-stay visitors around its hotels. The whole thing runs quieter and more discreet than Dubai. The live Abu Dhabi listings show current availability.
Hotels and outcall
Hotel outcall is the standard arrangement, handled with real care. Be a registered guest, keep the lobby clear, and arrange arrivals room-direct — there is no margin for anything conspicuous here. The Corniche and Yas Island hotels are the practical bases.
What you'll pay
Pricing is in dirhams, cash, and Abu Dhabi sits at the upper end of the region. An hour of incall runs roughly AED 600–1,500 (about $165–$410), with hotel outcall and premium independents higher again. Settle the figure before you meet and pay in person.
Discretion is the whole etiquette
The UAE is conservative and the scene operates entirely privately, so discretion isn't optional — it's the etiquette in full. Keep everything off the record, never discuss an arrangement in public or at a hotel desk, never photograph anyone, and expect the providers who last in this market to be the most low-profile of all.
Staying safe
The way visitors get burned is the deposit scam — a fake profile takes an advance over WhatsApp and vanishes. The defence is total: stick to verified profiles whose photos have been checked, never pay ahead, and treat any up-front request as the scam. For Dubai and the rest, see the wider UAE directory.
