Europe has a lots of transport trouble even last tour . If l get such problem, I have possibility to change time table of booking .
I am so sorry .I do my best, But I hope to your understanding in advance .
During the tour, I can response about booking only between bookings, priority is given to advance reservations more than sudden contacts.

(I’ll use the cheapest means of transportation whenever possible, but if you make an out call at a time when it is dangerous to be out at night, I’ll charge you for the taxi fare on the way home. I’ll show you the total costs in advence obviously .)

In order to schedule the tour, I pay for all of the bill for transportation and accommodation by my own expense basically .
If your reservation is suddenly canceled due to your own circumstances, there will be a loss in tour costs.

The main causes are poor physical condition and delays in public transportation.
Basically, I don’t cancel bookings by my selfish reason .
But If I have to cancel by my emergency, cancel for some reason, I will pay the full amount as soon as possible.
And I’ve never received the complaints by customers when l have to return the bill that you’ve paid . Even once .
I prefer making clear with the payment .
