Uptown and Mactan
The Cebu market splits into a few clear zones. IT Park in Lahug — the BPO and nightlife hub — and the adjacent Cebu Business Park around Ayala Center form the modern uptown core, where most condo-incall and hotel bookings sit. Guest-friendly hotels
As across the Philippines, hotels split into guest-friendly and not. The uptown condos and business hotels are generally relaxed about a registered guest receiving a visitor, while some of the Mactan resorts are stricter — confirm your property's policy before arranging an incall to your room. Condo-incall uptown is common precisely because it avoids the question.
What you'll pay
Pricing is in pesos, cash. An hour of incall runs roughly ₱3,000–₱8,000 (about $55–$140), with outcall to an uptown or Mactan hotel higher. Cebu generally sits a little below Manila. Agree the number first and settle in person.
Booking and getting around
Viber is at least as common as WhatsApp here, and many providers list a Viber number first — both work, and English is universal, so language is never the barrier. One genuine convenience over Manila: the traffic is far lighter, so an uptown-to-Mactan outcall is manageable, though the bridge to the island still adds time at peak.
Staying safe
