The Centre and the coast
Varna's market is built around the sea and the calendar. The downtown Centre, around the pedestrian Knyaz Boris I and the cathedral, holds the year-round incall listings and the main hotels. The Sea Garden and the port draw the holiday crowd, while the Golden Sands resort strip a few kilometres north fills with seasonal listings through the beach months. The live Varna listings show who's in the Centre and who's out at the resorts.
A summer market
The seasonality here is the whole story: demand spikes hard from June to September as visitors arrive through Varna airport and the resort coach routes, and Golden Sands availability tightens accordingly — book ahead if you're staying out on the resort strip in high summer. Off-season, the Centre carries the market.
What you'll pay
Pricing is in leva, with euros widely taken. Reckon on 150–300 leva for an hour of incall (about €75–€150), 200–400 leva for outcall, and 1,000–2,500 leva for an overnight, with premium independents from around 350 leva an hour. Some providers ask for a deposit by transfer to confirm.
Making contact
WhatsApp and Viber are both standard. Keep the first message short and specific — the Centre or a named resort, and your timing. The Centre and resort-coast hotels are used to discreet guest arrivals.
Staying safe
The deposit is where the risk sits: only ever send one to a verified, established profile, never to a new listing, and keep the balance for in person. For Sofia, Plovdiv or Sunny Beach, see the wider Bulgaria directory.
