Anveshi Jain (born 25 June 1996 in Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, India) is an Indian actress, singer, model, host, motivational speaker, and dating coach. In mid-2018, she gained the title of "the most Googled actress in India". As of October 2021, she has 4.6 million Instagram followers, and 16 million Facebook followers.
Career
Before starting her entertainment career, Anveshi graduated from the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV, a state university in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India), with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. While in school she started hosting corporate and campus events.
Her career took off after appearing in the Hindi-language web series Gandii Baat ("Dirty Talk").[2] Directed by Sachin Mohite for the ALTBalaji network, each episode in the web series features a separate erotic-themed story from rural India. In Gandii Baat Season 2 Episode 1 "Bai-sexual" (aired 7 January 2019), Anveshi played Neeta, a wife who starts having an affair with her husband's lover (played by Flora Saini).[3]
Subsequently she has been making regular appearances in various TV and film projects[4], with a huge positive fan response.
Mobile App Release
On June 23, 2019, Anveshi released the first version of "The Anveshi Jain Official App" on the Apple App Store and on the Google Play Store. According to the developers, the app "gives all of her fans an unprecedented level of access into her personal and professional life not just in India but across the globe. A personalized app combined with the latest tech ensures each fan is accessible and can interact with her directly on the app."[5]
Music
During her Instagram Live sessions, Anveshi would occasionally burst into song, which led her followers to insist that she release music officially. On 9 September 2021, she released "Jugnu", her first single, through the 9xm music label on Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify, and on her social media. The official music video, released on the same day, garnered more than 500,000 views in its first month.[6]
