Blloku and the centre
Tirana's market centres on its nightlife and hotel districts, and the city is small enough that everything is a short hop. Blloku — the former party-cadre quarter turned bar-and-club hub — holds the densest cluster of incall listings. The historic centre around Skanderbeg Square carries the main hotels and the business trade, while Komuna e Parisit and the streets toward the Grand Park hold a quieter, more residential independent presence. The live Tirana listings show who's around now.
Hotels and outcall
Because the city is compact, outcall is quick — build in fifteen or twenty minutes during the evening rush and not much more. The hotels around Blloku and the centre are the practical base, and arrivals are handled discreetly, room-direct.
What you'll pay
Pricing straddles two currencies: roughly 8,000–18,000 lek for an hour of incall (about €80–€180), 12,000–25,000 lek for outcall, and 50,000–120,000 lek for an overnight, with premium independents from around 20,000 lek an hour. Cash in lek or euros is the norm. Some providers ask for a deposit by transfer to confirm — fine for an established profile, a warning sign on a brand-new one.
Making contact
WhatsApp and Viber are both standard here — Viber is still widely used across the region. Keep the first message short and specific about your area and timing.
Staying safe
The deposit question is where care matters most: only ever send one to a verified, established profile, never to a new listing, and keep the balance for in person. For the coast and the rest of the country, see the wider Albania directory.
