Is a 1970's and 1980's high fashion cover model perhaps best known for being featured in a the now iconic 1992 ad campaign “In Women We Trust” for Donna Karan which depicted McGrotha as the first female president being sworn in.
Her "D cup bosom" as Vogue magazine put in a 1992 feature places her as one of largest American breasted high fashion models of all time.
