Ran Masaki (真咲乱 - Masaki Ran) is a Japanese actress, notably in several Nikkatsu Roman Porno films with an S/M theme during the 1980s.
Career
Ran Masaki's career came at a point, in the mid-1980s, when large breasts had suddenly become popular in Japan. [1] When Nami Matsukawa quit as Nikkatsu's reigning "Queen of SM," skinny Miki Tsukakura took her place. Connoisseurs of the genre, including writer Dan Oniroku complained that she was not right for these roles. Dan Oniroku commented that, "an SM heroine must have a certain amount of body fat so the bondage rope makes a clear impression on her skin " [2] Nikkatsu more than compensated by naming Ran Masaki as their next S/M Queen. Though the Weisser's give her bust measurement as 52" and 48" [3] Japanese sources give a more realistic 100cm (39").
Snake and Whip (Hebi to Muchi), Beautiful Teacher in Torture Hell (Bikyoshi Jigokuzeme), and Flower and Snake: White Uniform Rope Slave (all 1986) are some of Ms. Masaki's films.
