'''Tina Nichole Rigdon''' is an American [[fitness model]]. She was born on April 27, 1978, in Maysville, Kentucky, a little town of 7,000, between Wheeling and Cincinnati. She grew up in a loving family that always encouraged her to follow her dreams.

As a personal trainer, gym owner and fitness model, Tina is a rising star in the fitness world. Although she graces magazine covers and desktop wallpapers, it's in competition that she really shines. During the summer of 2003, she was crowned Miss Bikini Universe and Model Universe Champion, and is the most photographed fitness model in the world.

==Early Life==

When she was 3 years old, she started dancing. As this hobby grew in importance for her, she began weight training, in order to get her body fit for the rigors of her chosen hobby. Fitness training soon became a means to better herself and improve her skills as a dancer.

Always competitive, Tina participated in dance competitions. Throughout her high school years, she also saw the need to take part in group activities. As a result, she signed up for basketball, soccer, softball, and cheerleading.

But as much as she enjoyed group sports, she longed for an individual discipline so she could prove herself and her personal drive. What she wanted was a way to feel better about herself physically and psychologically. It was then that she started gymnastics and kickboxing while, of course, she continued fitness training.

==Ventures==

As good as she is at what she does, the fact that she's a babe never went unnoticed. It wasn't long before she was contacted for modeling gigs, and she appeared multiple times in Musclemag International magazine. But always being competitive, strutting her stuff for cameras wasn't enough for her -- even though she was the most photographed fitness model in the world, in 2002.

On December 1st, 2002, Tina attempted to make her way into the mainstream. That day, she participated in Miss Kentucky USA 2003, the contest that would determine who the state would send to the Miss USA pageant. Unfortunately, she only received a non-finalist award for the swimsuit portion of the competition.

==Big Break==

In 2003, she finished third in the fitness competition of FAME Canada and Fitness South Beach, and finished first at the Venus Model Search in Louisville, Kentucky.

But the best event occurred in June 2003. The FAME Fitness and Model Expo in Miami Beach is one of the most prestigious fitness competitions, consisting of three events: Fitness Universe Pageant, Miss Bikini Universe Pageant, and the Model Universe Pageant. Tina Rigdon won the titles of Miss Bikini Universe and Model Universe Champion -- it was the first time one participant won more than one title. She also placed fourth in the Fitness Universe Pageant.

Her success in the public arena has brought her to endorse Body Core's AbMat, which suits her since the abs are her favorite body part to exercise. She has also launched her own fitness and swimwear line called Fitinnis.

In August 2003, Tina married her boyfriend Ethan Hester. A few weeks later, Tina learned the news that she was pregnant.
