==Synopsis==
Rika (Nana Aoyama) and her husband, Koji, are a newly married couple interested in buying a home. They are shown a new house by a real estate agent and friend of, Rika's named Miyuki (Yu Takeuchi). As Rika and Koji are lead through the house and talk amongst themselves about it, they are watched by Miyuki and a mysterious man, Taketo. The couple say they want to buy and an agreement is made.

On their first night in the house, Rika and Koji lay in bed talking about their future and starting a family. They do not know they are being watched on a hidden camera. The next day, Koji goes to work, leaving Rika home alone. While she is doing the laundry, a random man breaks into the house and drags her upstairs. In their bedroom, Rika is brutally raped by the man while Miyuki and Taketo watch from the other room. As the two of them watch, Miyuki smirks to herself and we learn the truth about the house. Miyuki has made an agreement with a Yakuza gangster, Taketo to sell Rika as a sex slave and for her to be trained and kept in the house. She is in love with Koji and wants him to herself. Because of Rika's beauty and her naturally large breasts, Taketo agrees to her offer. Rika will make him a fortune and will be raped every day by his powerful and wealthy clients.

The next scene takes place weeks later. Koji has been tricked into believing that Rika has left him and vanished. He still hopes she will return and is being comforted by, Miyuki. Meanwhile, Rika is being kept in an underground room where she is raped every day, sometimes while, Miyuki watches and laughs.

After a few more weeks, Miyuki introduces Koji to Mr. Domino, a local police chief who has been assigned to investigate, Rika's disapearance. As the three of them sit in Koji's home and discuss the case, the scene cuts to Rika being raped by Mr. Domino, who is revealed to be one of Taketo's most prominent clients and a constant 'purchaser' or Rika. What follows is a very long session with Rika and Mr. Domino where she is forced to deep throat and told that she needs to 'get used to the taste'.

In the following scene, Miyuki is sitting with Tika as she is tied up downstairs and reminds her that soon she will be married to Koji. At this time, one of Taketo's henchmen enters the room and tells her that Koji is dead, having been killed by Taketo and made to look like a car accident. Miyuki is shocked and the scene quickly cuts to Miyuki and Rika being forced to give a double blowjob to Taketo. Taketo is talking on the phone to Mr. Domino and explains that Miyuki was too risky to leave exposed, because she knew too much. Miyuki, it is revealed, is now going to become a sex slave like Rika. As, Miyuki cries and tries to resist, Rika instead licks and sucks Taketo's penis. After months of abuse, especially by the very endowed, Mr. Domino, Rika is completely broken and does not resist.

After both women are raped by Taketo and another one of his goons, they are placed downstairs in the basement. Both of them are too exhausted to speak and the films title, 'Slave House', appears on screen before fading to black.
