Answered a Craigslist ad in 2005 when she was designing for a lead model home merchandising firm in Los Angeles, which let to her auditioning and eventually landing a designers spot on HGTV's “Trading Spaces” 2007-2008 at the age of 22.

In 2010, Lauren appeared on the A&E show Drill Team, which lasted for a year.

Her most recognizable stint came as one of four co-hosts on FabLife (2015-2016).
