	After spending 15 years in the corporate arena, first with a career as a CPA and secondly working for a Fortune 50 Company as the Human Resources Director, Janet Lynn West found her passion; and, her final calling in a career of Personal Training and competing as a Professional Athlete. She is a familiar face at fitness trade shows and competitions across the country and truly enjoys being part of the fitness industry.
			Janet is currently in the stages of final editing of two videos and is in discussions relative to publishing a cookbook.
