==Modeling career==
The Belgian model began her career in 1996 with a small agency in the Netherlands and was discovered by Parisian agents three years later. She moved to Paris where she lived for six years working on projects for Christian Dior and Amway and appeared in magazines such as ''ELLE'', ''Marie Claire'', ''Vogue'' and ''Glamour.'' Seeking new opportunities in modeling, as well as film and theatre, she later moved to New York City where she became the "face" of Artistry, a cosmetics line owned by Quixtar, a sister company of Amway. The couple were introduced by a mutual friend in 2002, but didn't start dating until about two and a half years later. Gordon and Vandebosch announced their engagement on June 24, 2006, after keeping it secret for the previous 30 days.

Gordon announced December 13, 2006 that his new bride, Ingrid Vandebosch, was pregnant with the couple's child, which the couple announced was a girl.

"Christmas came early for us this year", Gordon said in a statement. "This is a very special gift for us – one that we’re both looking forward to. Ingrid and I can’t wait to be parents.
