In March 2011, to promote the new album, Sicilia performed on Philadelphia's NBC "10! Show" and interviewed and performed on BB King's Bluesville, channel 74 on Sirius/XM Radio with DJ Bill Wax. The album debuted at # 11 on the Living Blues Radio Charts on April 1, 2011 and was added to over 150 AAA radio stations in May 2011. In the summer of 2011 Can't Control Myself was included in About.com's list of the "Top Ten Best Blues Album's of 2011...So Far". She was also nominated for her second Blues Blast Music Award for Sean Costello Rising Star Award later in 2011.

			Sicilia continued with the VizzTone label in 2013 with the release of ''It Wasn't Real''. The CD was produced and engineered by Grammy winning producer Glenn Barratt at Morning Star Studios in Amber, Pennsylvania. The recording contained an array of Philadelphia studio musicians and included nine of Sicilia's original songs, as well as an early 1960s Etta James hit, "Don't Cry Baby." The album failed to produce as much fanfare as the previous records, but Sicilia continued to tour the country and overseas as one of the faces of Blues and Americana. Sicilia ended her long-time musical and personal relationship with David Gross later in 2013 and shortly thereafter relocated from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Nashville, Tennessee to further her career in music.

			In 2014 Sicilia traveled to Muscle Shoals, Alabama where she recorded and produced her fifth studio album of all original material, ''The Alabama Sessions'', a 5-song EP. It would be her last release for the VizzTone label group.

			In 2015, Sicilia was introduced to Kirk Pasich, co-founder of Blue Élan Records, a Los Angeles, California-based record company by fellow artist Janiva Magness. Pasich signed Sicilia to the label and released her next album ''Sunset Avenue'' in August 2016. The five-song EP was met with international critical acclaim and received airplay across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.

			Sicilia has produced two more follow-ups on the Blue Élan label - 2017's full-length ''Tug of War'' and 2018's ''Heard the Lie''. ''Heard the Lie'' was produced by Grammy-winning artist Dave Darling in Los Angeles and featuring a duet with label-mate, Grammy nominated Janiva Magness. The album featured a cover of Bad Company's "Ready For Love", which received international airplay and attention. She toured the US extensively also opening several shows for Paul Thorn. Heard the Lie debuted on Billboard Blues music charts at #10. She also performed for the first time at SXSW in 2018.

			Currently, she is getting ready to release her fourth album for Blue Élan and ninth album overall ''Love Me Madly'', which is being produced by North Mississippi All-Stars alum Cody Dickinson and feature guitar work by his brother Luther Dickinson. To celebrate the release of the album in 2020, Sicilia released the single "Misery With You" on Valentine's Day 2020 in anticipation of the album's release on May 29th.
