Saraya-Jade Bevis is a professional wrestler better known by ring name Paige. She is signed to WWE, working for its Raw brand. She is also known by her former ring name Britani Knight.

Early Life
Bevis is part of a professional wrestling family. Both her mother and father, known as Sweet Saraya and Ricky Knight respectively, are professional wrestlers, as are her older brothers, Roy and Zak. The family run the World Association of Wrestling (WAW) promotion. In July 2012, Channel 4 produced a documentary about the Knights entitled The Wrestlers: Fighting with My Family.

Professional wrestling career
Bevis was trained at the WAW Academy by her family, Klondyke Kate and Jason Cross. She made her debut in 2006 for World Association Of Wrestling (WAW) when she teamed up with her mother, Sweet Saraya and lost to Destiny and The Pink Lady, Kharisma and Pixie were also involved. During her time at WAW she would team up with and take on various members of her close family. In December 2007, Knight took part in a tournament where the winner would become the first WAWW British Champion, she made it all the way to the final but was eliminated by Jetta. Knight would also lose a fatal four way match for the championship which included Jetta, Sweet Saraya and her former tag team partner, Melodi. In August 2008, Knight lost a three way match to Jetta where the winner would become the number one contender to the RQW Women's Championship. On 31 August 2009, Knight defeated her mother, Sweet Saraya, in a best of three match to become the WAWW British Champion. In the rematch the result was the same, two pinfalls for Knight and one for Saraya. In 2010, she took part in one night ladies tournament which she won by defeating Sweet Saraya. Once again, she took on Saraya but this time it was for the HEW Women's Championship and this time Saraya won. On 11 November 2011, Knight won an elimination match to become the first WAWW Hardcore Champion. However, her jubilation was to be short lived as she lost the WAWW British Championship a few days later to Liberty.

Bevis, using the name Britani Knight, would begin to team up with Melodi to form the Norfolk Dolls. In their first match together in June, they lost to Nikki Best and The Pink Lady. The Norfolk Dolls would go on a large winning streak, if you discount handicapped matches, remaining undefeated until the beginning of 2007 in tag team competition. During this time they would compete not only for WAW but also Premier Promotions and others. At World Association Of Women's Wrestling, the female only side project of WAW, the Norfolk Dolls defeated the Legion of Womb to become the first WAWW Tag Team Champions, they held the championship for about a year before vacating it. Their final match together as a tag team took place in French promotion International Catch Wrestling Alliance where they lost to Bulla Punk and Sweet Saraya.

Pro-Wrestling: EVE (2010–2011)
Bevis, using the ring name Britani Knight, made her debut for the European all-female promotion on 8 May 2010, along with her mother Saraya Knight. She did not start well for the promotion; although she appeared in the main event at the first taping, she lost to Greek wrestler Blue Nikita. She also lost to Jetta in what was purportedly her opponent's last tour of wrestling. On 16 October 2010 she had her first win against Shanna. On 8 April 2011 she participated in a two-night tournament to crown the first ever Pro-Wrestling: EVE Champion. In the first night, she won a Last Chance Battle Royal, then defeated Jenny Sjödin in the quarter final match. The next day, she defeated Jetta in the semi-final match, and later in the finals defeated Nikki Storm to win the Pro Wrestling EVE Championship. On 4 June 2011 at the XWA War On The Shore 7 show, she lost the Pro Wrestling EVE Championship to Sjödin.

Shimmer Women Athletes (2011)
Bevis (again billed as Britani Knight) made her United States wrestling debut for the all-female promotion Shimmer Women Athletes on 26 March 2011, at the tapings of Volume 37, alongside her mother and tag team partner Saraya Knight. She and her mother (billed as the Knight Dynasty) were managed by the returning Rebecca Knox and made an open challenge, which was answered by Nikki Roxx and Ariel. The Knight Dynasty won via disqualification after the referee saw Roxx and Ariel using the Dynasty's brass knuckles. Later that same day, at the tapings of Volume 38, the Knight Dynasty unsuccessfully challenged the Seven Star Sisters (Hiroyo Matsumoto and Misaki Ohata) for the Shimmer Tag Team Championship. Prior to reporting to Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), Knight took part in her final Shimmer tapings on 1 and 2 October 2011. After several losses, which included the Knight Dynasty again failing to win the Shimmer Tag Team Championship, Saraya slapped Knight. This resulted in Knight brawling with her mother, before challenging her to a match. On Volume 44, Knight wrestled her final Shimmer match, defeating Saraya in a No Disqualification match.

World Wrestling Entertainment / WWE (2011)
Bevis received try-outs with WWE in November 2010 and April 2011.[19] In September 2011, it was reported that Bevis had signed a contract with WWE and would report to their developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW).

Developmental territories (2012–2014)
Bevis made her debut for FCW at a house show on 5 January 2012, using the ring name Saraya. Bevis' ring name was then changed to Paige as she made her television debut in a backstage appearance on the 26 February episode of FCW TV. From March 2012, Paige formed an alliance with Sofia Cortez, dubbing themselves as the Anti-Diva Army. On the 19 March episode of FCW TV, Paige made her televised in-ring debut in a tag team match alongside Cortez, which the duo lost to Audrey Marie and Kaitlyn. Paige and Cortez then formed a brief association with Rick Victor. On the 6 May episode of FCW TV, Paige pinned Raquel Diaz, the FCW Divas Champion in a non-title triple threat match, which also involved Audrey Marie. This earned Paige a title shot against Diaz on the 27 May episode of FCW TV, where Diaz's chicanery led to Paige being disqualified and Diaz retained her title. Dissension was teased within the Anti-Diva Army as Paige moved on to feud with Audrey Marie; Paige lost to Marie on the 10 June episode of FCW TV after Cortez interfered against her, signalling the end of the alliance. On the 1 July episode of FCW TV, Paige was disqualified during a match with Marie. On the final episode of FCW TV on 15 July, Paige and Marie ended their feud with Marie victorious in a no disqualification match.
WWE went on to rebrand its developmental territory FCW, into NXT Wrestling. Paige's NXT television debut took place on the third episode of the rebooted WWE NXT taped at Full Sail University, where she lost to Sofia Cortez. From September 2012, after gaining a large surge in crowd support, Paige would go on a singles winning streak defeating the likes of Audrey Marie, Sasha Banks, Emma, Aksana, and multiple wins over former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox.

On the 30 January episode of NXT, Paige was attacked by ring announcer Summer Rae due to Rae's jealousy of Paige's popularity and success. On the 13 February episode of NXT, Paige suffered a shoulder injury after brawling with Rae, which Rae exploited later that episode to end Paige's undefeated streak. After Paige continued to confront Rae, Paige finally faced off against Rae in a singles match on the 1 May episode of NXT, where Paige emerged victorious despite Rae's pre-match attack. On the 5 June episode of NXT, Paige defeated Tamina Snuka in the first round of the NXT Women's Championship tournament to crown the inaugural champion, and Alicia Fox in the semi-finals on the 3 July episode of NXT. On the 20 June taping of NXT (which aired on 24 July), Paige defeated Emma to be crowned the first-ever NXT Women's Champion.

Paige made her first successful title defense on the 14 August episode of NXT, defeating Summer Rae. In the following months, Paige teamed up with Emma to feud with Summer Rae and Sasha Banks. On the 4 December episode of NXT, Paige successfully defended her title against Natalya. On 27 February 2014 at NXT Arrival, Paige successfully defended her title against Emma. On the April 24 episode of NXT, Paige would be stripped of the NXT Women's Championship by NXT general manager John Bradshaw Layfield due to Paige being elevated to the WWE main roster and winning the WWE Divas Championship, thus ending her reign at 308 days.

WWE Divas Champion (2014–present)
Paige debuted on the main roster on the post-WrestleMania Raw on 7 April 2014; she congratulated WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee on her successful title defense at WrestleMania XXX. AJ challenged Paige to an impromptu match with AJ's championship on the line, which resulted in Paige quickly defeating AJ to captured her first WWE Divas Championship.[This resulted in Paige become the youngest WWE Divas Champion in history at the age of 21. On the 28 April episode of Raw, Stephanie McMahon ordered Brie Bella to compete in an impromptu title match against Paige. The match would end in a no-contest after Kane interfered and attempted to kidnap Brie.
Shannon Claire Spruill (born July 17, 1975) was an American professional wrestler and valet. She was best known for her appearances with World Championship Wrestling between 1999 and 2001 under the ring name Daffney and for working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, where she used the ring name The Governor, a caricature of Alaska governor and former United States Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, before returning to her Daffney ring name and gimmick. She was found dead in her home on September 1st from a self inflicted gunshot wound to the chest.

Early life
A "military brat", Spruill was born on the Wiesbaden Army Airfield, a United States Air Force base in Wiesbaden, West Germany where her father was stationed. In 1976 the family returned to the United States, residing first in Salt Lake City, Utah, then in Savannah, Georgia and finally on the Scott Air Force Base in St. Clair County, Illinois. They later relocated to Oxford in the United Kingdom for three years, before moving to the Ramstein Air Base in Germany until 1987, when her father, by then a Lieutenant Colonel, retired.

Spruill graduated from Georgia State University in March 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Video production, with minors in Acting and Music. She went on to work in Media Production before becoming an actress.

Professional wrestling career
World Championship Wrestling (1999–2001)

In November 1999, she responded to a World Championship Wrestling (WCW) contest looking to acquire new talent and was hired. In WCW, Spruill played Daffney, the mentally deranged, besotted girlfriend of David Flair, managing him and Crowbar. One of Daffney's hallmarks was a high piercing scream when she was lurking at ringside. The gimmick was based in part on Mallory Knox, the character played by Juliette Lewis in the film Natural Born Killers. Spruill has cited Batman supervillainess Harley Quinn as the original inspiration for the character. Spruill's first appearance was on the December 6 episode of Nitro, when she was shown sitting on her bed and chanting Flair's name.

On May 15, 2000 Daffney and Crowbar defeated WCW World Cruiserweight Champion Chris Candido and his girlfriend Tammy Lynn Sytch in a mixed tag team match and were declared co-champions. The following week on the May 22 episode of Nitro, Crowbar and Daffney faced one another to determine the undisputed World Cruiserweight Champion. Crowbar held back during the match, but still dominated the smaller Daffney. After Candido entered the ring and hit Crowbar with a reverse piledriver, Spruill inadvertently pinned him while trying to revive him and thus became the second woman ever to hold the Cruiserweight Championship. Her reign lasted until June 7 when Lieutenant Loco pinned Disco Inferno in a three-way title defense while Daffney was hurt following interference from Miss Hancock. Daffney went on to feud with Hancock, who had stolen the affections of Flair. Daffney defeated Hancock in the promotion's first ever Wedding Gown match after Hancock removed her own dress. Daffney then became solely the valet for Crowbar. She had a brief feud with Shane Douglas's valet, Torrie Wilson, but was rarely used as a wrestler.

Daffney was notable for her constantly changing hair color, wide selection of T-Shirts with slogans on them, and her propensity to scream loudly and shrilly for no apparent reason. She began screaming at the suggestion of WCW writer Ed Ferrara. Though Spruill's somewhat gothic character earned her a small but loyal fan base, she was released by WCW on February 2, 2001 due to budget cutbacks (WCW itself was purchased by its rival, the World Wrestling Federation, a month later)
gfdl
Independent circuit (2002–present)
Spruill opted to continue wrestling, attending Dusty Rhodes' Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling training camp in Kennesaw, Georgia for eight months.

She made several appearances for the fledgling Total Nonstop Action Wrestling promotion in 2002 as Shannon and Shark Girl (valet of Shark Boy), and worked for Xtreme Pro Wrestling in 2003 as Lucy, the manager of Vic Grimes. She also appeared in Ring of Honor, where she debuted on April 26, 2003 as Lucy, the valet of the Second City Saints. In July 2003, Spruill was signed to a developmental deal by World Wrestling Entertainment. She worked in Ohio Valley Wrestling as the manager of Aaron Stevens until she was released on December 17 of the same year.

After her release from WWE, Spruill decided to retire from professional wrestling. Intending to focus on her acting career, she sold her wrestling boots to her then-roommate, Mickie James. While retired, Spruill worked as a personal trainer. In June 2005, she posed for a website owned and operated by wrestling divas Francine and Missy Hyatt. In February 2006, Spruill returned to the independent circuit. Spruill debuted in Women's Extreme Wrestling on April 6 under the ring name Lucy Furr ("Lucifer"), acting as a lumberjill in a match between Amy Lee and Tai Killer Weed. On June 2, 2006 in Irondale, Alabama, Spruill faced El Mexico for the NWA Wrestle Birmingham Junior Heavyweight Championship. With the help of her manager, Robert Fuller (who referred to Spruill as his "Million Dollar Baby"), Spruil defeated El Mexicano to win her third wrestling title. In February 2007, she began making appearances with Georgia Wrestling Promotions both as a manager and a referee.

In April 2007, Spruill debuted as Daffney for Shimmer Women Athletes. She conducted an interview where she revealed her goal was to return to what she did from the beginning of her career and that was to manage. Later that evening she appeared as the manager of the wrestler MsChif. In April 2008 she began wrestling as her Shark Girl character. However, she returned to wrestling as Daffney after only a couple of months.

On November 8, 2009, Daffney teamed with Rachel Summerlyn against the International Home Wrecking Crew at Volume 27. During the match, however, Daffney turned into a villainess and left Summerlyn to be defeated by the IHWC. Later in the night on Volume 28, Daffney got disqualified in a match with Summerlyn, after she did not release an illegal hold off her opponent. On April 11, 2010, at the tapings of Volume 31, the evil Daffney defeated Summerlyn in a No Disqualification match.

In July 2012, Daffney began working as the "hostess" of the new Shine Wrestling promotion. She held the position until May 2013, when she returned to the role of a manager.

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling
Spruill re-emerged in TNA on the June 5, 2008 edition of TNA Impact! as Daffney. She was planted in the audience along with fellow wrestlers Amber O'Neal and Becky Bayless. The three women volunteered to wrestle Awesome Kong in the $25,000 Challenge. Daffney was selected and subsequently defeated by Kong.
The Governor (2008–2009)

In December 2008 Spruill started playing the role of Alaska governor Sarah Palin in skits involving the Beautiful People. On the January 15 edition of Impact! it was revealed by Taylor Wilde and Roxxi that "Sarah Palin" was indeed fake, and it had all been a big joke by Roxxi and Taylor to get revenge on The Beautiful People. They then proceeded to muck the Beautiful People as Spruill, Taylor and Roxxi celebrated. The next week she was seen in an interview with Lauren, where they made fun of the Beautiful People. The Beautiful People then proceeded to viciously attack "The Governor" before being pulled away by Cute Kip as Spruill lay injured. On the February 5, 2009, edition of Impact! she made her return by attacking the Beautiful People, this time complete with entrance video and theme. She made her PPV debut at Destination X in a winning effort when she teamed with Roxxi and Wilde to defeat The Beautiful People and Madison Rayne.
Daffney; alliance with Dr. Stevie (2009–2010)
As a result of having her hair cut by the Beautiful People on the March 19 edition of Impact!, Spruill transformed into her old Daffney ring name and gimmick on the April 2 edition of Impact!, when she appeared in on-screen psychiatrist Dr. Stevie's office for a therapy session. On the April 16 edition of Impact!, she teamed with Stevie's other patient Abyss to defeat the duo of ODB and Cody Deaner in a mixed tag team match. She competed in the Queen of the Cage match at Lockdown against ODB, Madison Rayne and Sojournor Bolt, but failed to win the match. On the May 14 edition of Impact!, Daffney turned heel by assaulting Taylor Wilde, because she did not save her when The Beautiful People cut her hair. At Sacrifice Wilde defeated Daffney, who had Abyss and Dr. Stevie in her corner, in the first ever knockouts' Monster's Ball match. After she and Dr. Stevie began associating themselves with the returning Raven, Daffney defeated Wilde with their help in a rematch on the June 4 edition of Impact with her swinging fisherman suplex named the Lobotomy. The following week Daffney assaulted Wilde backstage after provoking her by attacking her on-screen best friend, backstage interviewer Lauren, earlier on the same night. Daffney and Raven were defeated by Abyss and Taylor Wilde at Slammiversary in a Monster's Ball mixed tag match. During the match Wilde slammed Daffney onto a pile of thumbtacks. The following Thursday on Impact!, she and Wilde faced off in the first ever Knockout's "Match of 10,000 Tacks", which she lost.

At Bound for Glory, Daffney interfered in a Monster's Ball match between Abyss and Mick Foley, who had assigned Abyss' rival and Daffney's associate Dr. Stevie as the special guest referee of the match. During the match Abyss chokeslammed Daffney from the ring apron through a barbed wire board, although reports indicated she had suffered a broken arm, it was later reported to be inaccurate although she had instead suffered a concussion. On the November 12 edition of Impact! Raven once again returned to TNA to reform the group of himself, Dr. Stevie and Daffney. Going solo (2010–2011)
Daffney posing in the ring in 2010.

Daffney spent the next couple of months mainly managing Stevie and Raven, before making her in-ring return on the February 18, 2010, edition of Impact!, losing to the TNA Women's Knockout Champion Tara via disqualification, after hitting her with a toolbox. After the match, Daffney continued her assault, before being dragged away by Dr. Stevie. The following week on Impact! she annihilated ODB in similar fashion as it was noted that she had her eye set on the title. On the March 8 edition of Impact! Daffney cost Tara and her tag team partner Angelina Love the Knockouts Tag Team Championship by hitting her with the Women's Knockout Championship belt during a match for the vacant titles. At Destination X Daffney failed in her attempt to win the Knockout Championship from Tara, but managed to steal her spider Poison from her after the match.[28] The following day on Impact! Daffney used distraction from Poison to pin Tara in an eight Knockout tag team match to earn her a First Blood match for the Women's Knockout Championship the following week. The following week Tara defeated Daffney in a First Blood match after hitting her with a toolbox. The following week Daffney was one of the four winners in an eight knockout Lockbox match, contested for four keys to four boxes containing prizes. During the contest Tara, one of the three other winners, won back Poison, while Daffney came up empty handed and was forced to strip down, but before she could she was attacked by Lacey Von Erich. The attack resulted in a match on the April 19 edition of Impact!, where Daffney, now seemingly a face, and a partner of her choice, ODB, unsuccessfully challenged Von Erich and Velvet Sky for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. At the following day's Impact! tapings, Daffney was injured in a dark match against Miss Betsy in her tryout match and was taken to a hospital, where she was diagnosed with a deeply bruised sternum, a severe stinger, and a concussion

On May 26 it was announced that Spruill had been cleared to return to wrestling. She made her return at the June 14 tapings of Xplosion, wrestling once again as a heel and defeating Taylor Wilde with the help of a chain, only to have the referee of the match catch her afterwards, leading to Wilde defeating her after a restart. On the December 9 edition of Impact! Daffney teamed with Sarita in a first round match of a tournament for the vacant TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship, where they were defeated by the Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky). This marked Daffney's final appearance for TNA as on March 15, 2011, her contract with the promotion expired and was not renewed. Spruill announced that she had filed a workers' compensation claim against TNA for injuries suffered while wrestling for the promotion, believing she had been put in an unsafe working environment. Spruill later also claimed that she did not believe she could ever wrestle again due to the accumulated injuries she had suffered during her career. The lawsuit was settled out of court on March 8, 2013.

Shine Wrestling (2012-present)
Daffney has since been a part of Shine Wrestling.

On April 6, 2013, Daffney returned to Shimmer Women Athletes at the promotion's first ever internet pay-per-view, Volume 53, where she appeared as the manager of Regeneration X (Allison Danger and Leva Bates)

Death
On September 1, 2021, Spruill streamed a live video through social network Instagram, in which she read a suicide note, holding what appeared to be a pistol, and requesting that her brain be donated for chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) testing. Concerned fans took to social media to support Spruill and law enforcement were dispatched to previous known addresses until her family were able to provide an updated address. Her death was announced online the following day by Shimmer wrestler Lexie Fyfe at Spruill's family's request. An official for the Gwinnett County, Georgia, Medical Examiner's office also confirmed her death but did not disclose the cause. A report from the Gwinnett County Police Department indicated that she had died of an apparent gunshot wound to the chest.

In the days following her death, many within the professional wrestling industry expressed their condolences online, and many discussed the topic mental health. USA Today wrote that her death "intensified concerns" within the business, especially among women performers, noting that wrestlers Ashley Massaro and Hana Kimura had also died by suicide in the preceding two years. Industry veterans Mick Foley and Kane included the phone number for the suicide hotline in their tweets, while Paige used the hashtag #MentalHealthMatters and CM Punk encouraged people to: "Ask for help. Mental, physical, spiritual, emotional. Take care of each other." WWE extended their condolences on their website and sent texts to their employees to let them know that counseling would be provided for them if they needed it. Mike Johnson of Pro Wrestling Insider encouraged industry leaders to make permanent changes regarding mental health care, comparing it to WWE instituting its Wellness Policy after the 2005 death of Eddie Guerrero. While WWE does provide psychological and psychiatric services for contracted performers, Cheerleader Melissa pushed for other promotions to provide services for their wrestlers.

She was cremated and a mass was held in her memory, which was revealed on a video published on September 10, among the attendees were family, friends and professional wrestlers Leva Bates, Mia Yim, Mickie James with husband Nick Aldis, Allysin Kay, Marti Belle and Kimber Lee.

Jacqueline DeLois Moore (born January 6 1966), or better known as simply Jacqueline is an American professional wrestler and actress.

She worked for both World Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Entertainment, and made history in the latter promotion as the first woman in WWE history to win the WWE Cruiserweight Championship (though, two women, Madusa and Daffney, had previously won the title when it was owned by WCW), and as the first African American and the first WWE Diva to win the reactivated WWF Women's Championship. Jacqueline also held the distinction of being the first Diva to apply for and receive her Referee's license, in WWE. She is currently working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.

Early professional wrestling career
Jacqueline was a professional wrestling fan as a child and began training under Skandor Akbar after she met him in a gym. She was the only female in his professional wrestling school, preparing her for a career in which she would often wrestle against men. She debuted in 1989 in the Texas-based World Class Championship Wrestling promotion as Sweet Georgia Brown.

United States Wrestling Association (1992-1996)
In 1992, Jacqueline moved on to the United States Wrestling Association in Memphis, Tennessee, where she was known as Miss Texas. She became a fixture in the women's division, which she would dominate for four years. She was the first ever USWA Women's Champion, winning the newly created title in a tournament on March 2 1992. She lost the title to Lauren Davenport on April 13 and regained the title on August 24. Feuding with Davenport, Moondog Fifi, and Leslie Belanger, she held the title two more times in 1992 and three times in 1993. Throughout 1993, she wrestled WWE Hall Of Famer Sensational Sherri Martel and Luna Vachon. She was out of the title picture for much of 1994, only winning the title once, on December 5, but enjoyed four more reigns in 1995. She held the title a thirteenth and fourteenth time in 1996 before losing her final USWA Women's Championship to Tasha Simone on November 4.

Smoky Mountain Wrestling (1995)
In November 1995, Jacqueline made five appearances with Smoky Mountain Wrestling in Kentucky and Tennessee as Sgt. Rock. She defeated Ron Davis in her debut match, then feuded with The Wolfman throughout the remainder of the month.

World Championship Wrestling (1997)
Jacqueline began submitting her resume to the Atlanta, Georgia-based World Championship Wrestling, and was eventually contacted by WCW employee James J. Dillon|J.J. Dillon, who offered her a contract. She debuted in WCW in January 1997 as the on-screen girlfriend of Kevin Sullivan, then feuding with his estranged wife, Woman, and her boyfriend, Chris Benoit. The two couples fought one another until Benoit defeated Sullivan in a retirement match. At Road Wild on August 9, Jacqueline became the valet of Harlem Heat. She later engaged in a brief feud with Glenn Gilberti (Disco Inferno), who she defeated in an upset victory at Halloween Havoc on October 26. Her contract was allowed to expire in 1998.

World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (1998-2004)
1998-2004
Jacqueline joined the World Wrestling Federation in mid-1998, debuting on the June 1 episode of RAW as the on-screen girlfriend of the heel Marc Mero and began a feud with then baby face, Sable, the estranged wife of Mero. After Jacqueline and Sable traded insults on several occasions, Jacqueline challenged Sable to a Bikini contest. The contest took place on July 26 at WWF Fully Loaded 1998, with Sable winning after she removed her halter top to reveal a painted on bikini top. However, the following evening on WWE Raw, WWF Chairman Vince McMahon disqualified Sable as "body paint does not constitute a bikini", and Jacqueline was declared the winner and given the trophy.

Sable recruited Luna Vachon and the other Oddities to fight Jacqueline for her, and they helped Luna pin Jacqueline on the August 10 episode of RAW. After the match, Sable gave the unconscious Jacqueline's trophy to Luna. Jacqueline demanded that the trophy be returned and faced Sable in an arm wrestling contest on the August 17 episode of RAW. During the contest, Jacqueline broke her grip and pushed the table into Sable's solar plexus, winding her and enabling Jacqueline to retrieve her trophy. Jacqueline then smashed the trophy over Sable's back. Jacqueline and Mero then teamed together to face Sable and a mystery opponent on August 30 at SummerSlam 1998. Sable's partner was revealed to be Edge, but he was sidelined for much of the match as Jacqueline dominated Sable, preventing her from tagging out. After Sable finally managed to tag Edge, he delivered the Downward Spiral to Mero and then placed Sable atop him, thus winning the match for himself and Sable and humiliating Mero by causing him to lose to his wife.

After Sable defeated Jacqueline in an Professional wrestling match types bra and panties match (evening gown match) on the September 14 episode of RAW, Jacqueline demanded a singles bout with Sable. The match aired on the September 21 episode of RAW. With the revived WWF Women's Championship on the line (the Women's Championship had been abandoned in January 1996), Jacqueline defeated Sable after Mero tripped Sable and held her foot down, preventing her from kicking out of Jacqueline's pin. Jacqueline and Sable continued to feud, and Jacqueline cut off Sable's ponytail on the October 5 episode of RAW. While Jacqueline enjoyed a strong run as champion, squashing challengers such as Starla Saxton (a.k.a. Molly Holly), Mero began to lose more and more frequently. On October 26, Sable challenged Jacqueline to a title match at Survivor Series (1998). With Shane McMahon acting as referee, Sable defeated Jacqueline to become the new WWF Women's Champion.

Jacqueline and Mero separated on the November 22 episode of Sunday Night HEAT, and the jilted Jacqueline formed a new stable of women known as the Pretty Mean Sisters (a pun on "Premenstrual syndrome") with Terri Runnels, who was separated from her husband, Dustin Rhodes (Goldus). During a match between Mero and Goldust on the November 23 episode of RAW, Jacqueline and Terri entered the ring and low-blowed both men.

In January, Terri claimed to have suffered a miscarriage after she was knocked of the ring apron by D'Lo Brown. The guilty Brown became a servant to PMS, who forced him to wrestle his friend, Mark Henry. The deception lasted until February 1, when the ringside doctor told Brown that Terri had not been pregnant. PMS then feuded with Brown by costing him matches and attacking his new manager, Ivory. Jacqueline returned to the women's division in March, and on the April 12 episode of RAW, she, Ivory, Tori, and Sable took part in a four way match for the Women's Championship. The match was declared a no-contest after Sable's bodyguard Nicole Bass stormed the ring and chokeslammed the three challengers.

PMS gained a "love slave" named Shawn Stasiak (Meat) in May. In the same month, the stable expanded once more to incorporate Ryan Shamrock, who had been spurned by the womanizing Val Venis. Shamrock left both the stable and the WWF in the following months, while Terri and Jacqueline assisted Meat in his matches. Tension began to grow between the two women as Terri (kayfabe) exhausted Meat with hours of sex before his matches and then berated her fatigued lover when he lacked the energy to win matches. Jacqueline left the stable after Terri forced Meat to kiss her feet on the August 1 episode of Sunday Night HEAT.

On the September 6 episode of RAW, Jacqueline faced the misogynistic Jeff Jarrett in advance of his WWE Intercontinental Championship match with Chyna. Jarrett squashed Jacqueline, choked her with the ring ropes, forced her to submit with the figure four leglock, and broke a guitar over her head.

Jacqueline soon returned to her pursuit of the Women's Championship, which she failed to win from Ivory in a three way hardcore match which also included Luna on November 18. On November 25, Jacqueline defeated Ivory in a "gravy bowl match" to win the Golden Ladle Trophy. At WWE Armageddon 1999 on December 12, she took part in a four way evening gown match for the Women's Championship but was stripped following a combined assault from her opponents, Ivory, Miss Kitty, and B.B.

Jacqueline won the WWF Women's Championship for a second time on February 1 by defeating Harvey Wippleman (who had won the belt from Miss Kitty while in drag and calling himself "Hervina") in a very short match. Her reign lasted throughout February and March, with Jacqueline defeating Ivory and Lita to retain the title. On March 28, she was challenged by Stephanie McMahon, and the inexperienced Stephanie defeated Jacqueline following extensive interference from D-Generation X.

Jacqueline's requests for a rematch were denied, and she lost a battle royal for the number one contendership to Lita. On the July 2 episode of Sunday Night HEAT, WWF Light Heavyweight Championship Dean Malenko challenged "anyone with enough manhood" to face him. After Jacqueline came to the ring, Malenko explained that he had said "manhood, not somebody <u>from</u> the hood." Jacqueline was granted a title shot, but submitted to Malenko's cloverleaf submission.

Throughout August and September, Jacqueline feuded with WWF Women's Champion Lita, aligning herself with Edge and Christian to counter the presence of Lita's constant companions, The Hardy Boyz. She received further title shots on October 9 and November 2, but failed to unseat Lita on both occasions.

The Acolytes Protection Agency (Ron Simmons aka Faarooq and John Layfield aka Bradshaw) recruited Jacqueline on the December 18 episode of RAW, asking her to take care of Trish Stratus while they fought Stratus' clients, T & A. In the resulting six person tag match, Jacqueline pinned Stratus. On the December 21 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown!, Jacqueline challenged Right to Censor member Ivory to a title match. After the other members of RTC distracted Jacqueline and enabled Ivory to pin her, the APA repaid the favor by saving Jacqueline from a group beating after the match. The feud between the APA and RTC continued throughout early-2001 and culminated in a match at WrestleMania X-Seven on April 1, which pitted R.T.C. (Barry Buchanan aka Bull Buchanan, Charles Wright aka The Goodfather, and Val Venis) against The APA and Tazz. In the early stages of the match, Jacqueline DDT'ed Steven Richards, the leader of RTC who had accompanied them to ringside. RTC lost the match after Bradshaw pinned The Goodfather.

In mid-2001, Jacqueline, along with Tazz, Al Snow, and Tori, became a trainer on the MTV reality TV series WWE Tough Enough.

In late-2001, Jacqueline remained loyal to the WWF throughout The Invasion, feuding with The Alliance members Stacy Keibler, Torrie Wilson, Ivory, and Mighty Molly. She took part in the six pack challenge for the vacant WWF Women's Championship on November 18 at Survivor Series (2001), which was won by Trish Stratus. Several weeks later, Jacqueline challenged Trish for the title at Vengeance (2001). Jacqueline dominated the match but was surprised by a backslide pin, costing herself victory and another championship reign. Jacqueline and Trish shook hands before and after the match in a show of good sportsmanship.

In 2002, Jacqueline became a referee, with her debut match being a Women's Championship bout between Jazz and Trish Stratus at the Royal Rumble (2002). At WrestleMania X8, she refereed a match pitting Curt Hennig a.k.a Mr. Perfect, Lance Storm, and Andrew Martin aka Test against Scotty 2 Hotty, Matt Bloom, and Solofa Fatu aka Rikishi on the Sunday Night HEAT pre-show. Jacqueline wrestled infrequently throughout 2002, receiving several title shots, none of which were successful. In late 2002, she and Trish Stratus began a feud with Victoria and Jazz, which culminated in a four way match for the title at WWE Judgment Day 2003 on May 18, which Jazz won. She took part in a battle royal for the title on June 30, which was won by the debuting Gail Kim.

Jacqueline seldom appeared throughout late 2003 and early 2004, instead spending some of her time working as a trainer in Ohio Valley Wrestling; her last match on the RAW brand was a losing effort against Gail Kim in a November 2003 Heat match. On the May 6 2004 episode of SmackDown!, WWE Cruiserweight Championship Chavo Guerrero issued an open challenge for anyone to face him for his title, and Jacqueline answered. Jacqueline defeated Chavo in an upset victory. Jacqueline was defeated by Chavo's father, Chavo Classic, in a non-title match on the May 13 episode of SmackDown!, and on May 16 at WWE Judgment Day 2004. She lost the Cruiserweight Championship back to Chavo Guerrero, Jr. in a match where Chavo's arm was tied behind his back. A month later in June 2004, Jacqueline stated on her then official website, dragonjackie.com, that as of August 2004, her contract with World Wrestling Entertainment would not be renewed and therefore expire. No official statement was ever posted from WWE on their official website.

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (2004-Present)
Jacqueline debuted in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling on the November 7 Victory Road 2004 pay-per-view, losing to Trinity. She made a second appearance with TNA on December 5 at Turning Point 2004, where she refereed a tag team match between Pat Kenney and Johnny B. Badd against Johnny Swinger and Glenn Gilberti.

In 2006, Jacqueline appeared at several TNA-branded house shows produced by the United Wrestling Federation. She returned to TNA at TNA Final Resolution 2007 on January 14 as Miss Tennessee eventually reverting to "The Pride of Tennessee" Jackie Moore (sometimes Ms. Jackie Moore as well), joining forces with James Storm by attacking his erstwhile manager, Gail Kim. Storm and Moore teamed up to defeat Kim and Petey Williams at both TNA Against All Odds 2007 and TNA Destination X 2007, with the latter being a "Rub and Tug" match. Moore was defeated by Kim at Lockdown 2007 in TNA's first women's steel cage match. Later, during a Street Fight with Gail Kim on TNA Impact!, Moore had her two front teeth knocked out of her mouth. At TNA Bound For Glory (2007) she participated in a 10 Knockout Gauntlet to crown the first TNA Women's Champion the gauntlet included Gail Kim, Awesome Kong Angelina Love, Velvet Sky, O.D.B, Roxxi Laveaux, Salinas, Traci Brooks & Christy Hemme. Jackie was eliminated by Awesome Kong. The match was eventually won by Gail Kim. Later TNA changed Jackie's in-ring name on the TNA website roster page, to Jacqueline the name she carried most of her wrestling career. At Lockdown, Jacqueline participated in the first ever "Queen of the Cage" match which was won by Roxxi Laveaux. At Sacrifice, Jacqueline participated in the first ever Knockouts "Make Over Battle Royal" which was won by Gail Kim.

Jacqueline would later go on to feuding with Latin American Exchange. She defeated Salinas by submission, then whipped her after the match.
