:Cassandra is my best friend's name; we were the best of friends when I lived in Connecticut, and I always thought her name was beautiful. I wanted a last name and I wanted it to start with a "C"; I also wanted something that sounded Italian. I didn't want a typical porn name, I wanted something unique and classy. According to Cassandra's forum post in ''adultdvdtalk.com'', as of 2011, she has retired from the adult entertainment industry and is pursuing a nursing profession.
She also stated that she is currently in a relationship and that she has lost weight, causing her boobs to deflate to DD size.

"A quick update....since I left porn my life has changed dramatically. I left LA to come back to Connecticut where I enrolled in school to finish off the prerequisites for a nursing program. She generally was happy at one point with their size reduction as she had contemplated breast reduction prior to working out, but lamented them "deflating" as she put it and sagging considerably. She compared them to either "mud flaps" or "deflated pancakes" in several web cam sessions, usually picking them up by the nipples and dropping them allowing them to flop back down to show effect. She stated she wanted to wait til she lost all the weight she wanted before getting any surgery, which she said would probably be at least a breast lift, if not with implants although she was contemplating whether she wanted implants. She was contemplating the implants because by the time she lost all the weight she wanted she figured they basically would be nothing but empty skin, and having that much skin removed would leave her with a small B cup, and she didn't want to be that tiny. She wanted to be at least a D cup, so she was thinking about a combination of partial breast lift with fat transplantation to "refill" them. She also discussed aureola reduction since they would be massive compared to how little breast she would have left. In general Cassandra has been very open with her weight loss and its affect on her bust as well as frank and nonchalant in the description of what has happened. In the end, she was leaning toward putting off any surgery at all until she was sure she was done having kids, as she was worried she would need surgery to fix them again afterwards.

Later, she mentioned after a long period of disliking her enormous bust she felt she was falling back in love with them again, putting off fears from her fans she was getting them reduced.

As of July 2012, as stated in her Twitter, Cassandra got married. A Twitter pic shows her wedding ring.
