Bell was born Lake Caroline Siegel Bell in New York City. Bell attended The Chapin School in New York, Westminster School, Connecticut in Simsbury, Connecticut and then attended Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York before transferring to Rose Bruford College in London, England. There, she landed roles in several theatrical productions, including ''The Seagull'' and ''The Pentecost''. She remained in London for a year after graduating, then relocated to Los Angeles, California.

Bell landed her first big job with the lead female role in NBC's ''War Stories'', also starring Jeff Goldblum. She made two guest appearances on ''ER'' in 2002, then went on to play Alicia Silverstone's wisecracking best friend, Victoria, in NBC's short-lived series ''Miss Match''. In 2004, Bell made her debut as Sally Heep in ''The Practice'', and her character was carried over into the series offshoot, ''Boston Legal'', where she was made a regular cast member until she left the series in 2005. Bell went on to play the lead role in the sci-fi show ''Surface'', which premiered September 19, 2005, and was cancelled in May 2006.

In the fall of 2006, Bell returned to ''Boston Legal'' for two episodes, reprising her role as Sally Heep as opposing counsel to Alan Shore (portrayed by James Spader). ==WWE (FCW)==

Terrell debuted in FCW alongside [[Beverly Mullins]], and they competed in various matches together, including lingerie matches. Soon afterward, Terrell and Mullins drifted apart, leading to Terrell receiving a larger singles wrestling role as she competed against various other FCW Divas, including Mullins (now renamed to Wesley Holiday), Miss Angela, The Bella Twins, [[Alicia Fox]], and [[Milena Roucka]]. Terrell also started a sorority member gimmick and aligned herself with Brad Allen and Nic Nemeth. Terrell made her FCW television debut when she competed in a twist contest which ended in a no contest. Since then, she and Angela have been the ring announcers for FCW. Later on, Terrell lost her first FCW televised match in a fatal four-way match including Roucka, Holiday, and Fox after Fox dropkicked her from the turnbuckle as Terrell was attempting an aerial move. On the June 10, 2008 episode of ECW, Terrell made her debut under the ring name Tiffany as the on-screen Assistant General Manager under Theodore Long. Tiffany participated in the Halloween Costume Contest on October 26, 2008, for the pay-per-view, Cyber Sunday and was dressed as a nun. Tiffany made her in-ring debut in a 16 Diva tag team match on the 800th episode of Raw (although she was never tagged in), which her team came up on the losing end.

On the March 30, 2009 edition of Raw, Tiffany competed in an 18 Diva tag team match, which she won for her team by pinning Katie Lea Burchill with an inside cradle. On April 5, Tiffany made her WrestleMania debut as she competed in a 25 Diva battle royal at WrestleMania XXV to crown the first-ever "Miss WrestleMania". However, Tiffany was unable to win the match as Santina Marella last eliminated [[Beth Phoenix]] and [[Melina]] to win the battle royal and thus be crowned "Miss WrestleMania". On the April 7 edition of ECW, Tiffany was announced by Theodore Long as the new General Manager of ECW due to Long returning to SmackDown to once again become its General Manager. On the March 5, 2010 episode of SmackDown, Tiffany made her debut for the brand in a backstage segment, being welcomed by Rey Mysterio. On the March 12, 2010 episode of SmackDown, Tiffany made her in-ring debut, winning a match against Michelle McCool via disqualification after Vickie Guerrero interfered. Following the match, McCool, Guerrero, and Layla attacked Tiffany, until she was saved by Beth Phoenix. The following week, Tiffany and Phoenix defeated LayCool in a tag team match, and the pair defeated LayCool again on the April 2 episode of SmackDown.

She then formed an alliance with [[Kelly Kelly]], with the pair being dubbed "The Blondetourage", and they continued to feud with Lay-Cool. On the July 16 episode of SmackDown!, Tiffany managed Kelly Kelly and Chris Masters where they defeated Layla and Trent Barreta after the interference from Rosa Mendes. While being paired together she also managed Kelly in her Women's Championship match against Layla at the Money in the Bank Pay Per View. On July 23 episode of SmackDown!, Teddy Long announced that Layla would defend the WWE Women's Championship against Tiffany. It would turn out this was Tiffany's last match, on the July 30 episode of Smackdown, Tiffany had her first title shot for the Women's Championship against McCool but failed to capture the championship. She was originally scheduled to fight Layla, however, this was changed due to a decision made by Vickie Guerrero.

On August 13, 2010, it was reported that WWE had suspended Tiffany because of an incident involving her real-life husband, Drew McIntyre. Before she could return to WWE programming, Terrell was released from her WWE contract on November 19, 2010.

During her tenure in the World Wrestling Federation, she held the Women's Championship once, although she was not a trained wrestler. During the Armageddon pay-per-view in December 1999, she flashed her breasts in what was the first instance of intentional nudity in the WWF. After the event, she was shown nude several more times on other pay-per-views. She is also the ex-wife of wrestler Jerry "The King" Lawler, who quit the WWF after Carter was released in early 2001 but returned after their divorce in July 2001.

==World Wrestling Federation (1999–2001)==
Stacy Carter first appeared on World Wrestling Federation (WWF)'s flagship program, Monday Night Raw, in August 1999. She debuted as Miss Kitty, an assistant to Debra, appointed to her by Jeff Jarrett, whom Debra managed. The partnership ended when Jarrett left the company after losing the Intercontinental Championship to Chyna at No Mercy. Because Jarrett was departing the company after the match, Carter began managing Chyna, and then started dressing in 'Chyna-like' clothing and wearing a black wig.

At Armageddon in December 1999, Miss Kitty won her only WWF Women's Championship in a Four Corners Evening Gown Pool match by defeating then-champion [[Lisa Moretti|Ivory]], Jacqueline, and Barbara "BB" Bush by stripping them of their gowns. The special guest referees were The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young.After the match, Miss Kitty stripped out of her dress in celebration and quickly flashed the crowd her breasts. This was the first instance of intentional nudity in the WWF. By 2000, Carter began to be referred to as The Kat. She lost the Championship on the January 31 edition of Raw to Harvey "Hervina" Wippleman in a Lumberjill Snowbunny match, a match that took place in a snow filled pool surrounded by female wrestlers whose purpose was to keep The Kat and Hervina from leaving the pool. The Kat then appeared at the Royal Rumble in the 'Miss Royal Rumble Swimsuit Contest', where she appeared in a bikini made out of bubble wrap. The contest, however, was won by Mae Young.

The Kat then began an on-screen rivalry with [[Terri Runnels]], although neither were trained wrestlers. At WrestleMania 2000, Runnels (accompanied by The Fabulous Moolah) defeated The Kat (with Mae Young) in a catfight. Val Venis was the special guest referee, but he was distracted during the match when Young kissed him, which allowed Moolah to pull The Kat out of the ring. When Venis saw her out of the ring, he declared Runnels the winner. Post-match, The Kat attacked Runnels by stripping off her pants to expose her thong. The feud continued, and the duo had an arm wrestling match at Insurrextion. Carter was victorious, but after the match, Runnels pulled The Kat's top off, exposing her breasts, which Carter allowed instead of acting disgusted or embarrassed. The feud resurfaced in a 'Thong Stink Face' match at SummerSlam, which The Kat won by performing a stinkface on Runnels.

In early 2001, The Kat began a new storyline with a stable called the Right to Censor, a group of conservative wrestlers, where she demanded equal time for the "right for nudity". At No Way Out, Jerry Lawler, who was representing The Kat, lost a match to Steven Richards, the head of the stable, after The Kat mistakenly hit Lawler with the Women's Championship belt. As a result of Lawler losing the match, she was forced to join the stable. On the following episode of Raw, The Kat was forced, to wear a burlap sack to the ring. On February 27, 2001, however, Carter was released from the WWF in the middle of the storyline. As a result, her husband Jerry Lawler also quit the company. According to Lawler, Carter was released from the WWF because Vince McMahon decided to end the angle with the Right to Censor. Other insiders cite Carter's negative backstage attitude as the reason for her dismissal.

==Independent circuit (2001)==
After Carter and Lawler left the World Wrestling Federation, they worked various independent wrestling events. They also signed with Tri-Star Productions and worked at Memphis Championship Wrestling.

==Personal life==
Stacy Carter's family was originally from West Memphis, Arkansas. After her parents divorced, Carter's mother moved to Memphis, Tennessee. Stacy Carter, however, as well as her younger brother and sister, continued to live with their father, who worked as a policeman, in Arkansas. Carter moved to Memphis to live with her mother, Cathy, after graduating from high school.

Stacy Carter met Jerry Lawler, her future husband, at a charity softball game at Treadwell High School in Memphis on July 23, 1989, two months before her nineteenth birthday. She was attending the game with her mother, who was dating one of the players on the team for which Lawler also played. Lawler, however, was married at the time, and he claims that when he initially met Carter, he considered an affair. After Lawler separated from his wife, Carter moved in with him. When Carter first met Lawler, she was working as a bank teller. Lawler later helped her get a job at a photography studio, and she also opened and ran her own hair salon.

Lawler and Carter married in September 2000. While they were together, former professional wrestler [[Missy Hyatt]] offered Carter $10,000 to pose nude on her website, but Carter refused the offer. Carter decided to leave Lawler in July 2001, and they separated not long after. She left the wrestling business upon separating from Jerry Lawler. During a match between Mero and Goldust on the November 23 episode of ''RAW'', Jacqueline and Terri entered the ring and low-blowed both men.

In January, Terri claimed to have suffered a miscarriage after she was knocked of the ring apron by D'Lo Brown. The guilty Brown became a servant to PMS, who forced him to wrestle his friend, Mark Henry. The deception lasted until February 1, when the ringside doctor told Brown that Terri had not been pregnant. PMS then feuded with Brown by costing him matches and attacking his new manager, [[Lisa Moretti|Ivory]]. Jacqueline returned to the women's division in March, and on the [[April 12]] episode of ''RAW'', she, Ivory, [[Terri Poch|Tori]], and Sable took part in a four way match for the Women's Championship. The match was declared a no-contest after Sable's bodyguard [[Nicole Bass]] stormed the ring and chokeslammed the three challengers.

PMS gained a "love slave" named Shawn Stasiak (Meat) in May. In the same month, the stable expanded once more to incorporate Ryan Shamrock, who had been spurned by the womanizing Val Venis. Shamrock left both the stable and the WWF in the following months, while Terri and Jacqueline assisted Meat in his matches. Tension began to grow between the two women as Terri (kayfabe) exhausted Meat with hours of sex before his matches and then berated her fatigued lover when he lacked the energy to win matches. Jacqueline left the stable after Terri forced Meat to kiss her feet on the August 1 episode of ''Sunday Night HEAT''.

On the September 6 episode of ''RAW'', Jacqueline faced the misogynistic Jeff Jarrett in advance of his WWE Intercontinental Championship match with [[Chyna]]. Jacqueline soon returned to her pursuit of the Women's Championship, which she failed to win from Ivory in a three way hardcore match which also included Luna on November 18. On November 25, Jacqueline defeated Ivory in a "gravy bowl match" to win the Golden Ladle Trophy. At WWE Armageddon 1999 on December 12, she took part in a four way evening gown match for the Women's Championship but was stripped following a combined assault from her opponents, Ivory, [[Stacy Carter|Miss Kitty]], and [[Cathy Dingman|B.B.]]

Jacqueline won the WWF Women's Championship for a second time on [[February 1]] by defeating Harvey Wippleman (who had won the belt from Miss Kitty while in drag and calling himself "Hervina") in a very short match. Her reign lasted throughout February and March, with Jacqueline defeating Ivory and [[Amy Dumas|Lita]] to retain the title. On March 28, she was challenged by [[Stephanie McMahon]], and the inexperienced Stephanie defeated Jacqueline following extensive interference from D-Generation X.

Jacqueline's requests for a rematch were denied, and she lost a battle royal for the number one contendership to Lita. On the July 2 episode of ''Sunday Night HEAT'', WWF Light Heavyweight Championship Dean Malenko challenged ''"anyone with enough manhood"'' to face him. After Jacqueline came to the ring, Malenko explained that he had said ''"manhood, not somebody <u>from</u> the hood."'' Jacqueline was granted a title shot, but submitted to Malenko's cloverleaf submission.

After the other members of RTC distracted Jacqueline and enabled Ivory to pin her, the APA repaid the favor by saving Jacqueline from a group beating after the match. The feud between the APA and RTC continued throughout early-2001 and culminated in a match at WrestleMania X-Seven on April 1, which pitted R.T.C. (Barry Buchanan aka Bull Buchanan, Charles Wright aka The Goodfather, and Val Venis) against The APA and Tazz. In the early stages of the match, Jacqueline DDT'ed Steven Richards, the leader of RTC who had accompanied them to ringside. RTC lost the match after Bradshaw pinned The Goodfather.

As part of Volume 24 she accompanied Wesna to the ring once again and helped her to win in a rematch against LuFisto. On May 3 Annie Social accompanied Wesna in her match for the SHIMMER Championship against MsChif but she was unable to help Wesna getting the win. Earlier in the night Melanie Cruise, with Annie Social, lost to Nikki Roxx. Later in the night, as part of the Volume 26, Melanie Cruise lost a 4-way match also involving Jessie McKay, Kellie Skater and Jennifer Blake and Wesna, accompanied by Annie Social, lost to Cheerleader Melissa in a Submission or Knockout Match. After the match Melissa hit Social with the Air Raid Crash. Annie Social was scheduled to be part of the 4th Anniversary Show on November 8 but she could not make it due to health issues.

She came back on April 10, 2010 as an active wrestler and in her first match she teamed up with Melanie Cruise in a losing effort against the team of Nikki Roxx and Portuguese Princess Ariel.

==JAPW Women's Division==

She debuted as part of the first Show where she was able to score an easy pinfall over the Canadian Mary Lollipop. As part of the second show she was able to defeat Amber, a former wrestler for WSU. In the third show she was able to score two win against [[Mia Yim]] and Autumn Breeze. On January 9, 2010 Annie Social defeated Sumie Sakai in a match that also saw involved the D-Factor. She had her first title match against Sara Del Rey for the JAPW Women's Championship at Notorious Thunder on May 22, 2010 due to her undefeated streak. However she suffered her first loss and wasn't able to win the title.
