== Personal Life==
Velba was born in an industrial town in northwestern Czechoslovakia, near the border with East Germany. As a child, Milena played with boys. As a pre-teen, Milena's breasts started to grow rapidly, and Milena expected to become very busty like her mother. In [[1982]], as a 12-year old, Milena was the fastest 100m and 200m sprinter among the 12-year old girls.
